Post-Event Turnaround: Getting a Hall Ready Again in Four Hours

Turnaround work is about crew scale and sequence. One person cannot reset a banquet hall in four hours; six people working a defined sequence can do it comfortably.

The reset sequence

• Waste and recycling first — clear volume before any surface work
• Tables, linens, and chair reset to the next event's layout
• Kitchen and serving area degrease and floor
• Washroom full service and restock
• Floors last: sweep, mop, spot extract carpet as needed
• Final walk with a checklist and photo record

We staff turnarounds to the deadline rather than to a fixed headcount, and confirm the reset with a photo record before we leave.
