What we require from partner crews
Our clients cannot tell the difference between our crews and yours — and they should not have to. These are the standards every partner crew works to.
Requirements
- General liability and workers' compensation coverage in force, with Probello named as required
- Background checks on every crew member assigned to a Probello account
- Uniformed crews with visible identification on site
- A named on-site supervisor for every shift
- Digital shift reporting: time stamps, photos, and sign-off
- Written acceptance of the client scope of work before the first shift
How we operate together
- Attendance is non-negotiable — a missed shift is a reported incident
- Client contact stays with the Probello account manager
- Chemicals and equipment must match the approved scope
- Quality audits are scheduled and unannounced
