• Carpet extraction on traffic lanes and reception
• Hard floor burnish or recoat in lobbies and elevator landings
• Washroom descaling, grout attention, and dispenser servicing
• Glass, wayfinding signage, and door hardware detail
• Consumables inventory sized to higher occupancy, not summer levels
