A 30-day transition plan

• Days -14 to -7: joint walkthrough, scope confirmation, access and alarm handover documented
• Days -7 to 0: consumables inventory, equipment staging, crew introductions to building staff
• Days 1–7: supervisor on site every shift, daily inspection records shared
• Days 8–30: stabilization — twice-weekly inspections, scope adjustments in writing
• Day 30: formal review with property management and documented sign-off

Overlap if you can
